Got it on Wednesday!

I got it last Wednesday - it came a day earlier! My wife went to go pick it up with my daughter while I was at karate with my son. Woohoo!

I've been having so much fun with it since I got it, I haven't had time to post. It's crazy fast! I've never had an Apple laptop before. The build quality and overall feel is out of this world.

I've been loading up my usual set of apps, including Parallels this time. I went out and got a copy of Windows 7 and it's working great.

New MacBook Pro

It made it to Memphis so far and might be here by Thursday!

Ordered new MacBook Pro!!!

Woohoo! I ordered a top-of-the-line MacBook Pro today! I opted for the 15" with the upgraded 2.3GHz quad processor, antiglare screen, and the 7200 RPM drive. Should be a screamer!

Now the anxious waiting begins...

Probably getting new MacBook Pro and Go Away Monster

It's been a looooong while since I posted here. I'm looking into the new MacBook Pros and I'm wrestling with what to get.
One side of me wants to get the 13" model and a new iPad 2 next week, and another part of my wants to get the higher end 15" model and no iPad.
I really like discrete graphics, but the higher end 13" model has a higher clock frequency but is dual core. For the types of things I do, the 13" might be OK, but I think I'd want to keep this laptop for a while.

Any suggestions?
